At Automae, LLC, we don't believe in coffee runs or busywork. Our internship program is designed for future engineers, technologists, and thinkers who want to get their hands dirty, solve real-world problems, and push the boundaries of industrial automation.

🌐 What We Offer:

Hands-On Experience
Work directly on live automation projects involving robotics, PLC programming, vision systems, and conveyor tracking. You'll gain experience that textbooks can’t teach.

Contribution-Based Compensation
Your ideas matter. If your design or solution makes a measurable impact—like cutting costs, improving throughput, or solving a technical challenge—you’ll be compensated based on value created, not hours logged.

Mentorship & Growth
You’ll work alongside experienced automation engineers, learning both the hard skills (controls, integration, prototyping) and the soft skills (client communication, project strategy).

Hybrid Flexibility
Some roles may require on-site work, but we support hybrid models where possible, to allow flexibility for students and recent grads.
